The StaySafe Rapid Antigen Workplace Screening Pilot Project came to an end on October 31, 2021.
After successfully distributing 500,000 rapid tests to help Canadians curb the spread of COVID-19, the StaySafe Pilot Project comes to an end on October 31, 2021.
We are grateful to the many partners, volunteers, and businesses who helped to make the StaySafe project a success.

Rapid tests remain available from a variety of sources
- The Ontario government now provides free rapid antigen tests for home use at a variety of retailers. Thank you to the StaySafe ambassador community for making your voice heard!
- Businesses in Waterloo Region can order tests from Chamber Check.
- Chambers of Commerce across Ontario continue to provide rapid screening kits to businesses with fewer than 150 employees through a rapid screening initiative.
- Non-profit organizations may access rapid screening kits for employees and volunteers by contacting the Red Cross.
- Businesses can get kits for their employees through the Provincial Antigen Screening Program or from Health Canada
- See the C19TestFinders Twitter account for up-to-date information on where free tests can be obtained across Canada.
- Health Canada approved tests may be purchased online in Ontario from a variety of sources including:
